We accept PayPal and credit cards from MasterCard, Visa and Discover for payment, we accept personal checks and only ship when the check has cleared the bank. We only accept credit of which we can verify the name; billing address, zip code, and CVV number as correct. We will not ship an order if the name, billing address, zip code do not match that of that credit card you provide.

All items will be accepted for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping when an order is returned, except if the wrong item is shipped you. Sorry, but we cannot be held responsible if orders are delayed by United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service! The best way to contact us is via email at sales@flagsandkites.com. To obtain Flags and Kites authorization return, e-mail Customer Service (sales@flagsandkites.com) within 14 days of purchase. In the subject line put “RETURN”. Please let us know the reason you are making the return, and whether you would like an exchange or replacement. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items or orders returned without return authorization will not receive credit or replacement and will be shipped back to you at your expense. No returns on Special Orders or Sale Items.
