This great Fiberglass Ground Mount is a must for securing the Telescopic Windsock Poles. Pound the fiberglass rod into the ground with a mallet to half its height, being careful not to split the ground mount, place the vinyl end cap onto the end of the ground mount, slide your telescopic pole over the end cap and fiberglass rod,  long. Use with Heavy Duty Poles #77616 and #77619 Size
