ORDER PROCESSING
Our order processing is fast! Orders received by 2pm CST Monday thru Friday will shipped the same day, after 2pm orders will be shipped the following day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed and shipped on Monday. After you have placed your order you will get an automated email receipt stating the order has been processed, once in the shippers hands you will receive an additional email from the carrier with your delivery date, and tracking number. We now utilizes USPS for shipping to PO Boxes, although not listed as an option on the shipping page, if you choose UPS Ground and your address is a PO Box, flagsandkites.com will utilize USPS for your delivery. The cost associated with this delivery will be the same as the corresponding UPS delivery cost listed in the shipping options. We are happy to support all our troops overseas and in the USA by offering shipping to APO/FPO boxes. Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) which normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries.
CALCULATING SHIPPING COST AND TIME
Shipping costs are rising everyday! The prices you see are real time shipping results from the websites of USPS or UPS, while trying to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we have no control over this cost. To calculate the shipping costs, select the preferred shipping method in our shipping section. To get the exact shipping cost, place items in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, enter your shipping information and continue to see the actual price for each shipper, choose an option and continue.
Items shipped are inspected and are free from defects. Any damage done after the items are shipped is not the responsibility of the shipper. Damage that occurred to a shipment will be the fault of the carrier. Any damage must be reported so Flags and Kites can help with any loss or delay in shipment. Inspect all goods and items before signing; damage occurs less that 1% of all merchandise shipped from Flags and Kites. After receipt of your order. Flags and Kites will process your items and ship within two business day, (approx. 48 hours).
All our items are not in stock at all times in our warehouse, there are times when it may take a few days to replace stock on high demand items. If we find that an item is not in stock, you have our promise that we will ship your order as quickly as possible, out of stock items usually ship within 7-10 days. All sales are final unless given prior approval by Flags and Kites. No returns on special orders or sale items. All returns must have prior approval from Flags and Kites, returns must be accompanied by an RMA number that is marked clearly on the outside of the shipping package, not on the item. A returned item must be in its original package, unopened and in unused condition. All merchandise listed on this web site is new and "as is", we cannot be held liable for any parts being broken by the purchaser to be harmful or injuring to others.

When we order we must accept assorted colors in each shipment, Certain colors are always more popular than others, if we have the color you order we will ship that color, if not we will ship the color we have the most of.

We ship UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE Priority MailŪ International (PMI) Reliable, priority handling to over 190 countries worldwide.
United States Postal Service calculates shipping costs starting as low as $25.00 USD for international orders. (US shipping costs do not apply to international orders) See rates in our Shipping Modules section, International Shipping. To get the exact shipping cost, place items in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, enter your shipping information and continue to see the actual price for shipping, choose an option and continue with your order. For International shipping times add 3 to 5 days for a package to reach the shipping port. Depending on the carrier and the method of delivery allow 7 to 14 days to arrive at your destination.
